Jenolite

A rust-removal and metal-treatment brand trading since 1939, moved onto a new theme and rebuilt around how people actually shop it on a phone. The migration was the straightforward half; the conversion work — navigation, upsells and a product page that answers questions before they are asked — was the point.

The Jenolite storefront shown as a composition: the desktop homepage with its category mega-nav and hero, the mobile navigation drawer, a rust remover product page with size options and delivery reassurances, the Shop by category grid, and the Find Your Fix product finder

What we did
  1. 01Migrated the storefront onto a new theme, carrying the catalogue and its structure across intact
  2. 02Redesigned the navigation around the job the customer is doing, not the internal product taxonomy
  3. 03Rebuilt the product page: size variants, a trust row, and accordions that answer the usual questions inline
  4. 04Added upsell and cross-sell blocks with add-to-cart in place, plus a recently viewed rail
  5. 05Scoped site search so a query lands in the right category instead of the whole catalogue
  6. 06Added a product question form on the product page so pre-sales queries have somewhere to go
